Dear LBJ Family,

Thank you for your continued partnership. I hope you find time to rest and relax this summer. The week of July 13, 2020, DOE Central issued guidance to schools on blended learning and offered a series of program models that schools will use in the fall. We want our families to be actively engaged in the planning process, and commit to providing you with timely information so that you can feel confident about your decision-making as we make plans for fall 2020.

On Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at 3 p.m., during our Coffee and Conversation Meet, we shared our first of three schoolwide reopening parent meetings. The purpose of these schoolwide reopening parent meetings is to provide us with the opportunity to share information with you, and solicit your feedback on our plans for the fall.

During next week’s parent meeting we will present you with information about our school’s building capacity and programming models. Please complete our survey to provide us information about your programming model decision.

The first step to having you voice heard is by participating in our schoolwide parent meetings, and I look forward to connecting with you on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at 3:00 pm.
